In this episode, Eric is looking to inspire entrepreneurs and real pond enthusiasts by sharing the story of how he came up in the business. Eric was ultimately provoked to the next level by a late client and that turned out to be the propeller. To raise the bar of greatness, you need to be provoked out of your comfort zone and take a leap of faith in yourself. Sometimes you have to get on someone’s nerve to provoke others to greatness. Remember, without pressure, diamonds cannot be made!
